2025 - Chancellor Mentz becomes member or Leadership at OSDIA largest Italian American Association.

2013- George "LaMantia" Mentz elected president of the Society.

1997 - The Society is reconstituted and reestablished.

1984 - Society passed on to younger members as membership documents are inherited by a new generation.

1941 - Society goes underground in passive mode.

1900 - General Counsel Diplomat Vincent Lamantia becomes distinguished member. Lamantia was the first US Diplomat  of Sicilian and North African backgroujnd to a European Nation.

1890 - Society Marches at Funeral of Jefferson Davis who is the former President of the CSA and US Senator.

1870s - The Italian Society is recognized as a former Militia by the government.
